Run engines, change oil and filters. Flush engine with fresh water, circulate antifreeze through the manifold. Change transmission fluid and remove spark plugs.
Inspect and remove any plant life or barnacles. Drain gear case, check for moisture in oil. Check rubber boots for cracks and pinholes. Grease all fittings and check fluid levels.
Flush engine with fresh water. Disconnect fuel hose and lubricate the cylinder walls and pistons in carburetor. Grease propeller shaft and threads, change gear oil in lower unit.
Fill tanks to avoid condensation, add fuel stabilizer. Change fuel filters and water separators.
Clean and dry, spray with moisture displacing lubricant and add antifreeze to prevent freezing.
Drain fresh water tank and hot water heater, disconnect in and out lines on heater and connect together. Pump a non-toxic anti-freeze into system and water heater.
Pump out holding tank at approved facility, add fresh water to bowl and flush several times. Use recommended cleaner and pump out again. Add antifreeze and pump through hoses, holding tank, y-valve, macerator and discharge hose.
Remove any valuables, electronics, lines, PFDs, fire extinguishers, flares, fenders, etc. Turn cushions on edge, clean refrigerator and freezer. Install a dehumidifier or use odor and moisture absorbing products.
